We understand how important your personal information it is to you and we take the safeguarding of your privacy very seriously.
To show our commitment to letting you know exactly what information we are collecting about you, how we are using it and how we are keeping it secure – we have updated our data protection policy and procedures in preparation for the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We have also reviewed our fair processing notices so that you can stay up-to-the-minute with the use of your personal information.

When you join the College or even just visit our website, we need to ask you for some personal information. Our Privacy Notices explain why we need this information, what we do with it and how long we keep it. Depending on your relationship with the College at the time, you may fall into one or more of the following categories:

Pupil data is collected through the College by awarding bodies for conducting examinations and assessments and the issuing of examination results and certificates. We work with the following bodies:
- Joint Council for Qualifications (external Privacy Notice).
- AQA (external Privacy Notice)
- Pearson Edexcel (external Privacy Notice)
- OCR (external Privacy Notice)
- WJEC (external Privacy Notice)
- Cambridge Assessment International Education (external Privacy Notice)
These Privacy Notices will be kept up-to-date as further GDPR guidance will be issued, or from time to time we may need to change what information we collect or who it is shared with.
