Parents’ and Friends’ association Christmas Fair 2025
On Saturday 6th December, our College was filled with festive cheer as families, friends, staff and pupils came together for the St Bede’s PFA Christmas Fair. Thanks to the incredible generosity, time and energy of our community, the Fair was a tremendous success, raising an amazing £7,300. This is a fantastic achievement and a real testament to the strength of our College community.

The Academic Hall buzzed with excitement as visitors browsed the dozens of prizes on offer in the bottle tombola, multiple raffles, silent auction, Wheel of Fortune, wreaths and centerpieces, filled stockings and festive baubles. Meanwhile, the Vaughan Corridor was filled with a plethora of food and drinks including mulled wine, sausage and bacon butties, homemade curry and candy floss alongside a range of sweet gifts.
The Kids’ Zone in the Sports Hall was a particular highlight, offering bouncy castles, basketball, face painting, glitter tattoos, hook-a-duck, “splat the rat,” a selfie station and the ever-popular pre-loved uniform sale. Younger visitors also enjoyed biscuit decorating and meeting Santa in the College Library, each receiving a special gift to mark the occasion. Across the site, the Fair was alive with laughter, colour and festive spirit, perfectly capturing the sense of faith, family, friendship and fun that defines our community.
We would like to extend our gratitude to our wonderful supporters, including Victoria Kerwin Aesthetics, ligentia, express solicitors, Wong Wong Bakery, COHO ALTO, and many more for your support of the Fair. Without you all this would not be possible! Also thanks goes to the Parents & Friends Association for all their hard work in planning and running the event, to everyone who manned stalls or volunteered their time, and to all the friends and family who came along to support us. Your energy, generosity and commitment made this wonderful day possible.
The PFA would also love to welcome new members. Next year, meetings will be held on different days of the week, with some virtual options to make it easier for more people to get involved. If you’re interested in joining or would like to find out more, please email pfa@sbcm.co.uk
Thank you once again for helping to make this year’s Christmas Fair such a memorable and successful event.
