We were inundated with messages this week, describing small acts of kindness from across the Bedian community. Breakfasts in bed, hot cups of tea, phone calls to lonely relatives and clothes donated to charity, to name but a few. The acts varied in type and size, but all showed how much of a caring community we are.

Some of the kindest submissions, were the Christmas cards for the elderly, made by Mrs Barber’s Upper Third form – some of our favourites are below.

The Wellbeing Challenge for over the Christmas holidays is simply to relax and unwind. We might not be able to celebrate in the way we usually do, but we can definitely take time to rest and recuperate after a challenging year.
