A Level
Results Day
2025
Congratulations to our students!
It was a pleasure to welcome back our Upper Sixth students this morning to share some fantastic results, testament to their hard work over the past two years.
We are incredibly proud of our students; during their time in the Sixth Form, we have watched them form lasting friendships, grow and mature as young leaders, and truly benefit from the personalised teaching we provide. It is truly a joy to celebrate with them and see their diligence and determination pay off.
With nearly half of all grades being awarded at A* or A, and 70% of grades A* to B, there was much to celebrate. On average, the entire cohort surpassed their baseline predictions, with some achieving over two grades higher. A fifth of results were the highly coveted A*, and all students passed all of their subjects.
Frankie (A*A*A*A* and A* in EPQ) will pursue her passion for Chemistry at the University of Oxford. She has always shared her love of science with younger pupils and it has truly been a pleasure to watch her confidence grow during her time with us.
Maria is also thrilled by her set of grades (A*A*A*A*) and is set to study Biomedical Sciences at the University of Manchester. Her incredible work ethic was an inspiration to her peers, and she truly lived out the virtues we espouse at the College.
We are delighted that both of our Medical applicants have attained their first choices: Dara (A*A*A) at University College London and Siena (AAAA & A in EPQ) at Hull York Medical School. We know they will make brilliant doctors in the future. Meanwhile, Lamie (AAB) is off to the University of Liverpool to fulfil her dreams of studying Veterinary Science.
Brandon is pleased to be heading to the University of Nottingham to study Mechanical Engineering. He moved to Manchester in 2023 and quickly settled into the Bedian family. Having thrived in our supportive setting, he made excellent progress and leaves with AAA and a B in his EPQ. Ross (A*AA), who has contributed so much to our Drama productions, most recently as Polonius in Hamlet, is off to The University of Leeds to study History.
Three students who have been with us since Reception are set to put their numerical skills to work at university! Alexander (A*A*AA) will study Accounting and Finance at the University of Bath, while both Reuben and Maciej are both off to the University of Warwick; Reuben (A*A*A*A) will study Mathematics while Maciej (A*A*A*A & A in EPQ) will read Mathematics and Statistics.
