A Welcome from our Headteacher
As Headteacher of St Bede’s College, I am delighted to invite you to Curriculum with Purpose.
At St Bede’s, we believe that a great curriculum does more than prepare pupils for examinations. It inspires curiosity, develops character and equips young people with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to flourish in an ever-changing world.
Curriculum design remains one of the most important conversations in education today. The decisions we make as educators have a lasting impact on the lives of the young people we serve.
That is why we are proud to welcome Mary Myatt and Bruce Robertson, two of the most respected and influential voices in education, to St Bede’s College for what promises to be an inspiring day of reflection, challenge and professional learning.
Whether you are a Headteacher, Senior Leader, Curriculum Leader, Head of Department or teacher responsible for shaping curriculum in your school, I hope you will join us as we explore what it means to create a curriculum with genuine purpose.
I look forward to welcoming you to St Bede’s College.
