After delivering the parent-teacher session ‘Understanding Anxiety: A Lesson Towards Clarity’, on the 26th of January, Sarie Taylor returns to St. Bede’s to have a conversation with Kathryn and Mr. Joyce, teacher at St. Bede’s about how to deal with anxiety and perfectionism being a student.

Sarie Taylor is a psychotherapist and a specialist anxiety coach who, having experienced anxiety, panic attacks and depression herself, she began her training to understand more about how our brains work, and which mechanisms make us feel the way we do.

From Sarie’s point of view, worry and anxiety are a natural part of being human, the secret lies in knowing ourselves in order to better comprehend how to act. Every year, she helps thousands of people to learn how their thoughts create their feelings and more importantly, to accept and embrace the things that make us human.
