In the week leading up to Valentine’s Day, pupils have been encouraged to choose a book in a paper bag with only a few clues about what sort of book they are borrowing. They are being asked to give it a try for a 30 minute “date” during the half-term break before deciding whether to develop the relationship further and fi nish the book!
