WHY FAMILIES CHOOSE OUR NURSERY

A happy beginning to their Bedian journey

Choosing the right Nursery is an important decision. Here are just some of the reasons families choose to begin their journey at St Bede's.

I.

Part of Prep from the very beginning

Nursery is an integral part of our Prep School, helping children become familiar with the people, places and routines around them as they prepare for Reception.

II.

Every child known

Small groups allow our team to really get to know each child, their personality, interests and individual needs, celebrating every milestone along the way.

III.

More to explore

As part of our Prep School, our youngest Bedians can enjoy the wider spaces, facilities, specialist teaching and experiences that come with being part of St Bede's.

IV.

Growing up Bedian

Beginning in Nursery can be the first chapter of a much longer Bedian journey, with children able to grow from Nursery through to Sixth Form within one community.

V.

A Catholic education, open to all

Guided by our Catholic faith, we encourage kindness, respect and gratitude, while warmly welcoming families of all faiths.

VI.

Manchester's only independent Catholic College

A unique community where boys and girls can grow from their earliest years through to Sixth Form.

Children make excellent progress in all aspects of their learning, developing their confidence and skills, and are given the best possible start to their education.

A Day at Nursery

A familiar routine helps children feel happy and secure, with plenty of time to play, explore, create and learn throughout the day.

Every day is different at St Bede's Nursery. Children have plenty of time to play, explore, create and enjoy stories together, while being part of the wider College brings even more opportunities to their day.

Our youngest Bedians enjoy specialist lessons with St Bede's teachers, including PE and Spanish, alongside Drama and time spent learning and exploring in our outdoor classroom.

It gives children the freedom and fun of Nursery life, with all the opportunities that come from being part of St Bede's.
